Just delete this text and add the icons of the people/groups you want here, or just add your own text. You can add people's icons by typing out :icon typethenamehere: without the space and it will appear Try to keep the text short in this section.

Here you can add a lot of text, or very little, depends on you. You can add images (thumbs) or more icons of people and what not.

To change what goes in these boxes, go to Journal, Edit Journal Entry, choose a journal from your list, click on the Edit link, then go to Options. Then look at the bottom box and scroll down to see all this text, just delete it (be careful to not delete part of the codes) and replace it with your own text, icons or image thumbs.
